We process orders rapidly, but please remember that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Further, fees incurred due to international shipping are the customer's responsibility.
If we are experiencing high volumes, delays are possible, but we'll be sure to let you know by phone or email if we expect anything significant regarding your order.
Please note that shipping carriers are experiencing delays more frequently than ever before. We recommend allowing extra time for transit.

Refunds can only be processed within 7 days of purchase, after 7 days and within 30 days of purchase if your return was approved, you may exchange your item or get a store credit.
If, for any reason, you find you are unsatisfied with the product, you may exchange your garment if all the following criteria are met:
- Faja must be free of marks, stains, fluids and scents, including deodorant or perfume.
- Products must be unworn, unused.
- Tags must be attached
- Product must be shipped back in original packaging
- Products must be received within 30 days after the original delivery date
We ensure refunds and exchanges only if all above expectations are met.
*Please also remember that ALL shipping costs, duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility on international orders and will not be refunded.
*Taxes and Duties are NOT included in international orders and will be charged accordingly, considering the laws of each country.
