RETURN POLICY

The key to Ogee Recovery's success is you! The premise of its design keeps you and your results at the forefront of every design decision, and that's why we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ogee Recovery purchase! However, due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns and do not offer refunds.

We happily offer exchanges or store credit for unworn or unused items with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order and if they meet the following criteria:

  • Products must be unworn or unused.
  • Tags must be attached.
  • Product must be shipped back in original packaging.
  • Products must be received within within 30 days for exchanges or store credit.

TRY YOUR GARMENT ON WITH CARE

To make sure you are eligible for SIZE EXCHANGES, we recommend following these instructions when trying on The Ogee Faja: Do not wear perfume or deodorant and you must wear underwear .

PROCESSING EXCHANGES

It takes approximately 7 to 14 business days to process exchanges, and customers will have the option to exchange or receive a store credit.

SHIPPING

Shipping expenses are not refundable and all shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we'd love to make it right! Don't hesitate to get in touch with us so that we may correct our mistake.

Ogee Roller Returns

We take pride in our products and want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. All rollers are inspected and we mechanically tested prior to shipping.

Our policy states that the OGEE roller can only be exchanged within the first 15 days of use if the product is damaged. Additionally, the roller must be in its original packaging and include all of the original accessories. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for damaged products; only exchanges.

If you find that your OGEE roller is damaged within the first 15 days of use, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible so that we can assist you with the exchange process. Our team is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding our exchange policy.

EXCHANGE CHECKLIST


EXCHANGE APPROVAL PROCESS
  • You must request the exchange within the first 10 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Product must be unworn and unaltered.
  • Make sure when trying on your product you are wearing clean undergarments.
  • We only accept exchanges on items that are free from any fragance, so please make sure to be attentive to personal higiene before trying it on.  Also, make sure you are not wearing any lotion, perfume or deodorant.
BEFORE YOU RETURN
  • Please remember the Ogee Faja is a compression garment and its purpose is to compress and it will feel tight and snug.
  • Before returning your item for an exchange please make sure you are putting it on correctly.

UNAUTHORIZED EXCHANGES
  • Products with any type of body fluid, stains and/or body odors.
  • Items with removed tags and no packaging.
  • Items returned after 30 days.
  • Ripped or stretched out items.
  • No returns or exchanges on sale items, all sales are final.
  • Sale or discounted items.

PRODUCT REFUNDS

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase, if your exchange was approved, you may exchange your item or get a store credit.
