We take pride in our products and want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. All rollers are inspected and we mechanically tested prior to shipping.

Our policy states that the OGEE roller can only be exchanged within the first 15 days of use if the product is damaged. Additionally, the roller must be in its original packaging and include all of the original accessories. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for damaged products; only exchanges.

If you find that your OGEE roller is damaged within the first 14 days of use, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible so that we can assist you with the exchange process. Our team is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding our exchange policy.
