My pre-op appointment with Claudia was wonderful. She made me laugh, helped calm my nerves, and made me feel completely comfortable before surgery. Her positive energy really made a difference.
At my post-op appointment, Karina was just as amazing. She reassured me throughout my recovery, answered all of my questions, and was even available when I needed guidance after surgery. Knowing I could reach her gave me so much peace of mind.
And of course, Dr. William has truly gifted hands. He is down-to-earth, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
